The 2024 NAM Undergraduate MATHFest is a three-day meeting, which will be held from Friday, September 13 through Sunday, September 15. This event rotates around the country based on NAM's regional structure, and this year, will be hosted by Prairie View A&M University located 50 miles from the George Bush Intercontinental Airport (Houston Texas). It is held annually to encourage students to pursue advanced degrees in mathematics and mathematics education. The conference is geared for undergraduates from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), although all are welcome to attend.

Abstract Submission: Students (graduate, undergraduate) are encouraged to submit abstracts to present their research. Graduate students have an opportunity to present 5-minute lightning talks. These talks could include a mathematics problem, proof idea, or words to encourage undergraduate students to pursue graduate studies!!! NAM still encourages undergraduate students to submit abstracts for traditional oral or poster presentations.
