  • This ticketing level applies to the NAM Board and LOC Lead Organizer.
  • This ticketing level applies to faculty, staff, industry, government, and other professionals with an active NAM membership.
  • This ticketing level applies to current faculty and staff or retired faculty and staff from an HBCU with an active NAM membership.
  • This ticketing level applies to current students (undergraduate through graduate, including post docs) with an active NAM membership.
  • This ticketing level applies to faculty, staff, industry, government, and other professionals that do not have an active NAM membership.
  • This ticketing level applies to current faculty and staff or retired faculty and staff from an HBCU that do not have an active NAM membership.
  • This ticketing level applies to current students (undergraduate through graduate, including post docs) that do not have an active NAM membership.
  • This ticket category is available exclusively for organizations, businesses, and individuals who are sponsors of NAM through our sponsorship model.
  • This ticketing level applies to organizations participating in the exhibition/graduate school fair.
  • This ticket category is for the guest of a paid vendor registration ticket.

NAM Undergraduate MATHFest

The 2025 NAM Undergraduate MATHFest is a three-day meeting, which will be held from Friday, October 10, 2025, through Sunday, October 12, 2025. This event rotates around the country based on NAM's regional structure, and this year, will be hosted by Tennessee State University in Nashville Tennessee. It is held annually to encourage students to pursue advanced degrees in the mathematical sciences and mathematics education. The conference is geared for undergraduates from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), although all are welcome to attend.

NAM Undergraduate MATHFest will feature:

  • Student Presentations
  • J. Ernest Wilkins Lecture
  • Problem Time with Dr. Ivy
  • Graduate School Fair

Abstract Submission: Students (graduate, undergraduate) are encouraged to submit abstracts to present their research. Graduate students also have an opportunity to present 5-minute lightning talks. These talks could include a mathematics problem, proof idea, or words to encourage undergraduate students to pursue graduate studies!!!
